Closing the Gap BetweenCommunity Influence & Economic Power.

Bay Area Black Wall Street LLC is a community-rooted creative, strategy, and production company. We turn culture, relationships, talent, and community influence into visibility, opportunity, revenue, and lasting impact.

About BABWS LLC

Rooted in Community.
Built for Impact.

Inspired by the legacy of Tulsa’s Black Wall Street, Bay Area Black Wall Street LLC was built to close the gap between community influence and economic power in the San Francisco Bay Area. We develop the strategies, platforms, and partnerships that shift resources and opportunity back where they belong — into our community.

We do this through three core moves: we build the platforms that make Black talent and culture visible, we design the strategies that make community relationships valuable, and we create the events and partnerships that turn that visibility and value into revenue and opportunity. Culture becomes currency. Relationships become infrastructure. Influence becomes power.

With 30 years of demonstrated leadership and a portfolio of impactful movements and programs, we bring something rare: the credibility, relationships, and fluency to move between community, business, and civic spaces — and get things done in all of them.

Our belief is simple: Black and underserved communities already possess the talent, creativity, influence, and power to shape what comes next. Our work is about building the relationships, platforms, and pathways that ensure those assets are seen, valued, and positioned to create shared prosperity.

The Formula
Culture+Strategy=Visibility
Visibility+Relationships=Opportunity
Opportunity+Community=Power

That’s the gap we’re closing.

Areas of Focus

What We Are Building

We serve businesses, nonprofits, civic agencies, and cultural influencers — including artists, entertainers, and media makers — who are ready to build something real. Our work spans community engagement, marketing and communications strategy, and event production.

We don’t just consult. We build.

01

Community Engagement

We design engagement strategies that bring community voice into rooms where decisions are made — ensuring Black and underserved communities don’t just participate. They shape outcomes.

02

Marketing, Communications & Campaigns

We build visibility for Black businesses, artists, and organizations so that cultural influence translates into recognition, revenue, and long-term brand equity. From brand strategy to campaign execution, we make sure the right story reaches the right audience at the right moment.

03

Event Production

We create experiences that connect community to opportunity — bringing together the relationships, resources, and partnerships that move money and power back into the community.

What It Looks Like

Closing the gap looks like this.

A Black artist who has the platform and the deal.

A community organization that has the relationships and the resources.

A neighborhood that has the culture and the capital.

We build the strategies, connections, and platforms that make all of that possible.
